Our Director of Client Relationships (Australia), Natalie Raynor, started her journey at Link Group in 1999.
“I started in the contact centre in 1999, back then we were called Perpetual Registers. So, I have been part of Link Group’s growth and acquisitions journey over the past few years.”

Natalie focused on building her knowledge across the business while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing & prospective clients.
Natalie has been able to experience many different divisions within Link Group –including 9 years in capital markets, gaining a deeper understanding of corporate activities, products and their benefits [including a husband] “Yes I did meet my husband, Sam, here at Link Group, while working together in the contact centre and we got married in 2002”
“Before I joined Link Group, I studied and worked in hospitality management, so all of my roles have had a customer or client-facing elements. I enjoy working with people and understanding their needs, building relationships and presenting solutions.”
Being in a continuously evolving business over the years, Natalie believes in the need for technology, and the drive for simplicity is evident. “I was one of the key contributors to launching FATCA/CRS which was a first-to-market online solution and led the team to adapt, evolve and guide our clients during COVID to deliver meetings using our virtual meeting platform.
“Everyone wants something that's simpler & faster. A smooth user experience is always the focus. Investor behaviours continue to evolve too. Groups of investors are exploring micro-investing and regular savings plans. ETFs are a really good example of this. It's not necessarily that they’re investing all at once, but rather building their portfolio over time.”
Natalie's commitment and enthusiasm for her job & people fuel her drive to succeed.
“Connecting people with their assets, through tech, is important and there will always be a need for strong relationships.”
“You’ve got to be invested in what you are doing, strive for the best, remain passionate and enjoy what you do, otherwise you will go through the motions and life is too short for that.
Outside of work I like to relax and enjoy time with my family, friends & my dogs. With 2 kids and 3 dogs (recently inherited one), it is a very busy household. I also love to see live bands and theatre and take the opportunity whenever I can. It’s important to step away from your desk and find what balance suits you.
